How to move stock between locations from the Kynection mobile app. The video opens a draft transfer, sets the origin and destination warehouses, adds the items from the catalogue and confirms the quantity and new location for each line. A confirmed transfer adjusts both warehouses in one action, so neither location drifts.

In this part

• Open the transfers (0:00). The dashboard groups transfers as draft, waiting approval, ready to transfer and transferred, and a draft opens with its number and date ready to complete and submit.
• Set the warehouses (0:22). Choose the warehouse the stock is coming from and the To Warehouse it is going to, here moving into the maintenance warehouse.
• Add and confirm the items (0:33). Add items from all products or from a category such as job products, read the current location and quantity available on each line, then set the quantity to transfer and scan the new location rather than typing it.

Scan For New Location reads the destination bay, which is quicker and safer than typing it. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
