Inventory Module

How to find what stock is where from your phone. The video opens the inventory area on the Kynection mobile dashboard, reads the warehouse list, including vans and utes set up as stock locations, and checks the on-hand and assigned levels behind each one. It is the starting point before counting that stock with a barcode scan in the next part.

In this part

• Open the inventory area (0:00). Open Sales and Inventory on the mobile dashboard, which carries leads, deals, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, purchase receipts, packing slips, stock transfers, stock-take reports and warehouses, and read the tiles that make up the mobile inventory module.
• Read warehouse stock (0:21). Open the warehouses list, here a maintenance warehouse and a stock warehouse, then open a warehouse to see every item with its on-hand count and how much is already assigned out.

On hand is not the same as available, so read both figures to see what is genuinely free to use. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
