How to Track Warehouse Stock Levels & Print QR Codes using Kynection Inventory Module

How to run a warehouse day to day in the Kynection web portal. The video reads the warehouse dashboard, breaks locations down to floor, shelf and bay, generates QR codes for the stock, and opens an item to read its supplier detail, history and what is on order. Printed and attached, the QR codes are what turn a mobile stocktake into a scan.

In this part

  • Warehouse and locations (0:00). Read the dashboard charting stock levels and availability across the warehouse, then manage locations down to floors, shelves and bays so an item can be found rather than searched for.
  • QR codes and editing (0:29). Generate and print QR codes for inventory items, and open the stock editing and assignment options from the item itself.
  • Stock detail and history (0:48). Read each item’s detailed stock and supplier information, then track stock history for what has moved and on-order quantities for what is still coming.

A shortfall with stock already on order is a different problem to one without. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
