Amandeep is a SaaS Software Developer at Kynection. She focuses on IT support and is accountable for KIM development and modifications. Amandeep studied a Master of Information Technology from Monash University. In her own time, she can be found performing folk dance (bhangra) and appreciating nature and mornings. Amandeep spends most of her free time in the garden organising and planting.
Bala is the Champion of Fiscal and Advisory at Kynection. He has over 15 years’ experience providing business leaders with unique solutions and assisting clients with integrating ERP systems to accounting solutions. He has an intrinsic approach to process and continuous improvement, aligning strategic plans with business objectives through technology solutions and process standardisation. Bala is a Certified Practicing Accountant, holds a master’s degree in Professional Accounting and Business Law from Monash University. When he not thinking about work, he spends time with his beautiful wife and two kids and is extremely passionate about cricket.
Ben is a Senior Developer at Kynection. He is highly skilled in building software and problem solving. Ben is a google administrator and has achieved building infrastructure in Microsoft. In his spare time, you will find him getting amongst games, woodwork and hardware. He also loves cats, and in particular his adorable cat Alice (although he doesn’t discriminate when it comes to cats).
Brett is the Champion Automation & Analytics at Kynection. He is an experienced systems manager with a demonstrated history of working in all aspects of the transport industry. Brett is extremely skilled in operations management, systems integration, project management and business process improvement. In his spare time, you will find him out on the water enjoying some paddle boarding.
Courtney is the Champion of Strategy and Design at Kynection. He has highly developed skills in product development and sales marketing with a passion for new business creation for innovative, leading edge technology companies. Courtney has a keen interest in tennis and is always searching for the big passion play of linking community sports, technology, and substantiality as founder of Club Power.
Dave is the SaaS Senior Development Team Leader at Kynection. His specialty lies in software, network and security engineering and he loves to design and maintain flawless systems with a challenging but enjoyable scope of work. Dave has a master’s in IT, specialising in web and mobile development, network engineering, and security engineering with a total of 7 years’ experience. You will find Dave keeping busy in his off time by playing basketball, table tennis, swimming, socialising, and R&D on new technologies.
David Van Oss
David is a Developer at Kynection. He works on all areas of the system but specialises in custom apps and Integrations. David studied programming for two years and received his Advanced Diploma along with a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. On top of this he co-ran a small indie game studio for 2.5 years. In his free time David enjoys reading sci-fi, fantasy, war, spy, and crime books, and playing video and board games.
Lena is the HESQ Manager, ISO and Projects specialist at Kynection. She prides herself on helping customers achieve success in compliance and business growth through innovative technology with KIM. Lena has over 15 years’ experience in HESQ and both local and international experience in other major industry sectors. Passionate about mental health, Lena also enjoys filling her free time with wood carving, photography, painting, writing, travelling and volunteering.
Jake is a SaaS Development Support Officer at Kynection. He is a valued part of our team looking after client support and problem solving. He has a qualification as a Mechatronics Engineer and can be found tracking the best surf in Melbourne on his days off.
James is a Developer at Kynection. He works with multiple clients to build their business systems producing high quality solutions. Winning an Entrepreneurship award while still at university is one of James’s many achievements along with completing an Advanced Diploma in Programming and Graduate Diploma in Business. In his spare time he enjoys playing video and board games, as well as exercising, travelling, and playing table tennis.
James is a SaaS Development Support Officer at Kynection. He undertakes client support and problem solving. James is currently completing his studies at University in IT. In winter you will find him at the slopes with his favourite snowboard and beanie.
Jess is a Marketing Assistant at Kynection. She covers all aspects of marketing, primarily focusing her talents on content creation. Jess is the writer behind our blog posts. She also works on video editing, image creation, and social media content improving our brand visibility. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing and a Master of Writing, Editing and Publishing. In her spare time, she runs her own blog that has over 200 followers and enjoys going to the gym when she is not playing computer and board games.
John is the Champion of Commercial & QA at Kynection. His role entails management of the commercial, QA and development, system integration and business development for paperless COR and NHVAS Automation Systems. John came into the team as a consultant in 2005, introducing heavy vehicle market concepts which drove the company for over a decade and has been here ever since. John is the proud chairman of the VTA technology committee for the industry.
Jonathan is the Champion of Growth and Communication at Kynection. With such a broad and extensive role, he manages all marketing, sales, channel, and onboarding processes, as well as ensuring delight with existing customers. Jonathan is proud to see Kynection as a newly founded Telstra partner. Along with the excitement of new AI cameras coming onboard and the release of the new KIM app. Seeing the company flourish as it continuously adds third party integrations to the system. Jonathan has a vested interest in all thing’s technology and on days off you can find him playing golf, riding motorbikes, or scuba diving.
Kasie is the Champion of People and Performance at Kynection. She has the important task of overlooking the projects team, development team, support team, and HR. Kasie has worked within the company for 16 years. Her skills and experience have seen her in previous roles working and living in China as an Event Manager as well as taking an Event Management role at Falls Festival. Keeping busy, Kasie loves spending her spare time playing tennis, taking photos, travelling and socialising.
Kate looks after the Accounts and Administration at Kynection. She ensures the preparation and invoicing of all license fees, follows up debtors, prepares payments to suppliers, and coordinates installations of our hardware with customers. Kate has previous experience working in real estate conveyancing, commercial property management and accounting since the age of 18. When she is not in the office, Kate can be found camping with her family and friends any chance she gets.
Luke works as Marketing and Channel at Kynection. He has over 20 years’ experience working as a sales and marketing specialist. He thrives in being capable of setting up win-win business partnerships and helping end customers improve operational workflows using best-of-breed technology. Luke has a Business Degree from Monash University in Electronic Commerce and Marketing. While living in Brazil, he was known to be a regular performer in Portuguese stand up comedy.
Mark is the Customer Success Manager at Kynection. He has worked with the business since 2016 starting out in a support role and progressing through to Project Implementation, Project Management and now Customer Success Manager. He has an in-depth knowledge of our systems and client engagement. Mark studied IT at Monash University after moving here from the UK with his family in 2000. Mark's interests consist of playing golf and cricket when he has free time.
Matthew is a Junior Developer at Kynection. He is skilled in software development working with clients to build operational smart systems. Still at university, Matthew is studying computer science and enjoys spending time programming and playing music.
