How to Manage Purchase Orders & Supplier Bills with Kynection’s Sales Module

The buying side of Prosper on the web. You raise a purchase order, receive goods in full or in part, and match the supplier’s bill back to the order it came from. Partial receipts keep the order open, and pulling bill lines from the existing order is what makes the reconciliation work.

In this part

  • Read the orders dashboard (0:00). Orders are counted as draft, awaiting approval, open and received, and a new order takes its number, date, valid-until, GST percentage, owner and supplier, with receipting disabled where it does not apply.
  • Add the items (0:38). Lines come From Supplier, From Product List or as a Once off Item, so a one-off purchase does not need a catalogue entry.
  • Receive the goods (0:54). Each line takes a received quantity and date, anything short stays outstanding, and purchase bills have their own dashboard.
  • Process the supplier bill (1:33). Create the bill, select the supplier, pull lines from the existing order or a project, and save to post it with subtotal, GST and total.

The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
