Prosper Sales Module

Billing a project as the work proceeds, in Prosper on the web. You raise a progress claim by quantity or by percentage, finalise the invoice, then take the other route to the same place: invoicing a completed job from the jobs module with its linked purchase orders and costs in view.

In this part

• Open the project finance tab (0:00). Finance sits alongside info, milestones, profit and loss and photos, and creating an invoice from the project opens the claim screen with the quoted works listed.
• Enter the claim (0:48). Each line shows previously claimed quantity and value against this claim, or a lump-sum line can be claimed by percentage, then the draft invoice is submitted with its customer, project, quote and total.
• Invoice from the jobs module (1:55). Filter the jobs list to completed work, review revenue, costs and linked purchase orders, then add items or edit job costs before raising the invoice.

Previously claimed figures are always shown, so over-claiming is caught as you type. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
