Closing the loop from the field in the Prosper mobile app. You review a confirmed quote and send it as a PDF on the client’s letterhead, then track invoices, purchase orders and receipts from the phone, so an overdue account or a part delivery is visible on site.

In this part

• Review and export the quote (0:00). The confirmed quote shows its total and line items, and exports on the client’s letterhead with the quote reference, dates, terms and priced lines.
• Track invoices (0:32). Invoices group by status, from draft and waiting approval through to partially paid, paid and rejected, and each lists with its number, customer, date and value.
• Purchase orders (0:54). Read the orders dashboard by status, then create an order with its number, date, supplier and price, totalling as items are added, and submit it for approval.
• Purchase receipts (1:22). Record receipts against the order as goods arrive, grouped by pending and received, so stock and cost stay current from site.
