Projects Module

Finding your way around a project on the Kynection mobile app: the dashboard that counts everything the job holds, the sites beneath it, the assets at each site, and the New menu that adds work from wherever you are. It is for site teams and covers three stages in six steps.

In this part

• Open a project (0:00). Start at the app home tiles, choose the project from the list of jobs you have access to, and read a dashboard that counts sites, assets, equipment, forms, tasks, jobs, plans and events, with tabs for Info, By Day, Project Items, Finance, Files, Plans and Photos.
• Sites and assets (0:40). Sites list under the project and open to the assets recorded against them, each shown with its code and description so plant and equipment can be found by either.
• Add from the project (1:00). The New menu adds a form, note, task, job or event against the project, takes a picture, or registers a new site or asset.

Assets belong to a site rather than to the project directly, which is what keeps a multi-site job organised. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
