Projects Module

Tasks and jobs from the Kynection mobile app: what is open, what is overdue, the commercial detail on a job, and getting a job out as a PDF without going back to the office. It is for site teams working from the project dashboard on the phone, and covers three stages in six steps.

In this part

• Work the task list (0:00). The list shows open and completed counts with overdue items flagged by how long they have been outstanding, and the task detail carries due date, project, milestone and custom fields and can be assigned to someone else.
• Open a job (0:20). Jobs list by number and date under the project’s Jobs tile, and the detail shows staff, customer, project, project site and group with a finance block giving total cost and profit.
• Export and add to a job (0:50). The add menu attaches a note, task, form, picture, product or service, and Export PDF produces a job document you can download or email from the phone.

Jobs carry margin, so the commercial position is visible in the field. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
