Prosper Sales Module

Month-end in one pass, in Prosper on the web. You batch create invoices across several completed jobs, edit the drafts so they read the way each client expects, email them straight from the system, and track them through to paid on the invoices dashboard. Batch creating produces drafts only; nothing goes out until each one is reviewed and submitted.

In this part

• Batch create the invoices (0:00). Open a completed job to see its value, forms, site location and linked purchase order, then select the jobs to bill and create their invoices in one action.
• Edit the drafts (0:49). Review the draft’s sub-type breakdown and details, then re-describe and re-price line items with labour and other costs broken out.
• Submit and send (2:29). Submitting moves the invoice out of draft, and it can be emailed as a PDF or downloaded and previewed first.
• Track through to paid (3:17). Mark as Paid closes the invoice off, and the dashboard counts and values invoices by status with trend charts.
