Projects Module

The module overview for Projects on the Kynection mobile app. It runs from the project dashboard out to sites and assets, through tasks and jobs, then into project info, finance, plans, photos and the AI site analysis report. Everything hangs off the project rather than separate modules.

In this part

• Open a project (0:00). From the app home, pick the project and read a dashboard that counts sites, assets, equipment, forms, tasks, jobs, plans and events.
• Sites and assets (0:40). Sites list under the project, each opening to its assets by code and description, and the New menu adds a form, note, task, job, event, site or asset.
• Tasks (1:20). Open and overdue tasks with their due dates, and a detail that can be marked complete or reassigned.
• Jobs (1:40). Staff, customer, project site and a finance block giving total cost and profit, with Export PDF from the phone.
• Project info, items and finance (2:20). The info record, priced items with progress claims, and paid invoices and purchase orders.
• Files, plans and photos (3:10). Mark up a drawing with Note, Photo, Form, Free Drawing and Punch, then run a site photo through Construction Analysis for a written report.
