Projects Module

The deeper tabs on a mobile project in the Kynection app: the info record, priced project items, invoices and purchase orders, the drawings library with on-site markup, and running a site photo through AI analysis. It is for site teams and covers four stages in nine steps.

In this part

• Project info and items (0:00). Info holds the address, project code, companies, contacts, custom fields, training certifications and timesheet approvers; items list by week and open to unit price, unit cost, quantity, type, sub-type and billable status, with progress claims raised from here.
• Finance (0:50). The finance tab lists paid invoices and purchase orders with their values and totals, so the money position is visible on site.
• Files and plans (1:00). Plans lists each drawing sheet with its page and revision date, and opening one gives the markup tools: Note, Photo, Form, Free Drawing and Punch.
• Photos and AI analysis (1:30). Site photos list against the project, and Construction Analysis takes a photo and an owner and returns a report covering site date and conditions, subject, general overview, type of site, structure stage and materials observed.
