Setting Up and Configuring Service with Kynection Maintenance Module

Adding services to a category group in the web portal, letting baseline configuration carry across, and linking services into a hierarchy so they are completed in a defined sequence. The parent service takes priority and suppresses everything linked beneath it when it runs.

In this part

  • Add a service to the group (0:00). Read the services configured for the group with their intervals, select the plus icon, pick from the drop-down, which only offers services not already on the group, and click Add.
  • Baseline transfer and hierarchy (0:28). Previously configured baseline information transfers automatically; edit the servicing information at category level if a different interval is needed, then click the three dots and Edit to link a parent service.
  • Priority and suppression (0:55). Select the parent service from the list, read the resulting table, and note that the parent suppresses the linked service and any lower tier services.

Unlinked services are treated independently and elevated as needed. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
