Using the Maintenance Scheduler in Kynection Maintenance Module

The planner’s view of the maintenance scheduler in the web portal: reading the job list and scheduler, filtering it, dragging work onto a mechanic or an external supplier, and closing out a supplier job so its service reminders reset.

In this part

  • Read the job list and scheduler (0:00). The week view colour codes jobs by status; expand an item to see the jobs due and filter the list.
  • Allocate the work (0:13). Read the week with the category and status filters, then open an allocated job to see its repairs, forms and mapped site.
  • Read the job detail (0:25). Scheduled repairs are what was booked and optional repairs are other work on the same asset; left-click gives defer, view, expand and cancel options.
  • Finalise a supplier job (0:40). Select Start Repair or Waiting on Parts, enter the completion date and odometer, and attach the supplier documentation with Select File.

Supplier work must be finalised in Kynection or the asset looks overdue, and the odometer entered here overrides any pre-start reading. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
