Subby Portal Module

The subcontractor’s side of the Subby Portal on the web. It covers signing in from the invitation, completing company details, then lodging insurance, code compliance, SWMS, chain of responsibility answers, plant registrations and safety data sheets before submitting the induction for approval. This is the part to send to subcontractors directly.

In this part

• Sign in to the portal (0:00). Open the Invitation to Join Kynection Portal email, follow the signup link and provide the account details for the person who will manage the portal.
• Complete the company details (0:25). Enter the payable address, chain of responsibility contact and safety data sheet arrangements, then add insurance policies by name, type and sum insured.
• Lodge the compliance records (0:45). Upload code compliance records and SWMS, answer the chain of responsibility questionnaire, register plant with its visual inspection checklist, and add safety data sheets with their hazard classifications.
• Submit for approval (1:30). Declare any sub-contractors you engage yourself, then select Submit Induction for Approval to send everything to the head contractor.

Evidence is attached rather than described, and nothing is approved until the induction is submitted. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
