How to put a configured subcontractor onto a live project from the web portal: finding the company, reviewing what they have on file, searching for the right project and sending the invitation. Checking the file first means you are not inviting someone who cannot yet be approved.

In this part

• Find the company (0:00). Sub Contractor Manager Companies lists each company with its status and risk rating; open the record to its tabs for company forms, details, documents, insurance and selection, and review the contacts registered against it.
• Start the invitation (0:36). The projects tab shows every project the subcontractor has been invited to; use the search filter to narrow a long project list to the one you want.
• Review and send (0:58). Company documents list what has been uploaded and what is still in draft; send the invitation and the subcontractor receives an Invitation to Join Kynection Portal email with their signup link.
