Gear Asset Management Module

The reporting side of the module in the web portal: repair graphs, the NHVR compliance report and utilisation analysis, then the admin-only setup of recurring expenses against equipment and categories, and the frequency and time frame rules that decide when expenses are actually generated.

In this part

• Reporting and compliance (0:00). Use the service form shortcut, the repairs shortcut with its graphs, the NHVR report covering trucks and trailers, daily checks, fault reports, services and annual reviews, and the utilisation report.
• Add a recurring expense (0:25). Open expense options in the Options menu, use the plus icon, and choose either categories or specific equipment; selecting one hides the other field.
• Frequency and time frame (0:52). Set a frequency from every day to every year or custom; an expense is generated for each piece of equipment in the category or its child categories, monthly from the start date until today or the end date.

Everything relating to expenses and adding services is an admin task, and a parent category cascades to its children. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
