The daily run for a mechanic on the Kynection mobile app. You find the jobs allocated to you, start one, read the repairs sitting against the equipment, and close out a fault repair with a signature. Everything here happens on the mobile app, and it is written for mechanics and maintenance staff working jobs allocated to their mobile user.

In this part

  • Start the job and read the repair list (0:30). Check the equipment details and select Start Job, then read the Scheduled Repair items booked for today against the Optional Repair items you could also complete.
  • Complete and sign off the fault repair (0:58). Choose Start Repair or Waiting on Parts, add photos and comments, enter the Completion Date and Current Kilometres, then sign and submit.

A job must be allocated to you before it appears under Today; if nothing is listed, ask your supervisor to allocate one. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
