HR Transport Module

How to build a people view that spans several states at once in the HR module on the web portal. Regions stack, so a team lead responsible for several states can report on VIC and NT together, then add QLD and SA without starting again or filtering four times.

In this part

• Start with one region (0:00). Open People with the full workforce visible, then open the region filter and select VIC as the starting point the rest of the filter builds on.
• Stack more regions (0:17). Reopen the filter and pick NT from the drop-down so the list shows both, with the toolbar reading Region Filter VIC, NT; add QLD the same way, each region on its own row.
• Review the full scope (0:38). Add SA, check that every selected region is listed with its own clear button, then select Apply so the list spans all four regions, ready to review or export.

The toolbar spells out the active filter, which matters when you are exporting or reporting from the view. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
