How to Use Kynection as a Manager User | Complete Training Guide

The onboarding overview for a manager user of Kynection on the web. It covers the three access levels, the dashboard and navigation, contacts and forms, exporting and importing data safely, and getting help when an import goes wrong. Six stages take a new manager from first login to self-sufficiency.

In this part

  • Access levels (0:00). Standard, Manager and Admin each expose different modules and permissions, and which you hold explains most of what you can see.
  • Dashboard and navigation (0:39). The dashboard carries your modules with favourites and recents, and the common toolbar repeats across modules.
  • Contacts and filters (1:20). Contacts opens with filters that narrow a large list by the fields that matter to you.
  • Forms, archive and duplicates (2:22). Search All Forms by status and archive, run the duplicate check, and refresh after switching user views.
  • Exporting and importing (3:40). Export data with the ID column first, edit it outside the system, import the customer rate card matched back by ID, and test a small sample first.
  • Errors and support (5:03). Check the dashboard after import, then reach Kynection support, search the knowledge base and submit a request with what went wrong.

Never change the ID column on an import; it matches each row to its record. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
