Aware Trackview Module

How to use the trips tab in Kynection Aware (Trackview) as the fleet’s mileage record. The video filters journeys by day or week, tells ongoing trips from completed ones, and opens a trip’s history to request the camera footage behind it. Each trip captures start and end time, duration, distance and both locations, which is what makes mileage reporting defensible.

In this part

• Read the trips tab (0:00). Open the trips tab, where trips list with their vehicle, start and end times, duration, distance and start and end locations, then use the period filter to narrow the list to a day or a week.
• Work with a trip (0:14). Read the legend that separates Ongoing Trip from Completed Trip so a vehicle still moving is not counted as finished, then open a trip for its detailed history and, where an AI camera is fitted, request the footage for that journey.

A journey in progress does not get mixed into historical reporting. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
