Accounting Package Integration x KIM Module

A capability walkthrough of the MYOB Acumatica integration, not a click-by-click setup. It shows what the integration keeps in step between the two systems: projects and job costing, invoices raised on either side, stock and non-stock items, and HR data flowing through to timesheets and payroll. Screens alternate between Kynection and MYOB Acumatica so you can see which side each record lives on.

In this part

• Projects and job costing (0:00). The project is the spine both systems hang costs from, with the same project and its financial fields visible in MYOB Acumatica.
• Invoicing across both systems (1:30). Read the financial picture on the Kynection dashboard, set how invoices cross over, and raise an invoice with its customer, project and line detail.
• Stock and non-stock items (2:06). Catalogue items and one-off charges both land correctly on purchasing and invoicing.
• HR, timesheets and payroll (2:42). Who worked, on what, and what they are owed, carried through to payroll.
