Accounting Package Integration x KIM Module

A capability walkthrough of the Sage Intacct integration, not a click-by-click setup. It follows the data from the field to the finance ledger: hours captured on the phone land in payroll and project costing, purchase orders are raised and received on site, and quotes and invoices carry through to Sage without being re-keyed. Screens alternate between Kynection and Sage Intacct so you can see which side each record lives on.

• Where the two systems meet (0:00). Hours are logged on the mobile app and the Kynection dashboard carries the project, cost and payroll view that stays in step with Sage.
• Timesheets, projects and payroll (1:05). Multi-step approvals on the phone, approved time flowing straight to payroll, and project cost-to-date updating as work is logged.
• Purchase orders and receiving (2:11). Raise a purchase order from the phone, receive goods on site, and reconcile the order in Sage.
• Sales quotes and invoices (3:25). What was quoted and delivered becomes what is invoiced, drawn from the same data.
