How to Optimise Fleet Management Operations using Kynection Aware (Trackview)

The module overview for Aware, Kynection’s fleet telematics view, opened as Trackview in the web portal. It covers the live map and its filters, vehicle telemetry, trip history, activity reports and AI camera safety events, live hardware status, and the geosites that tie it all to a place.

In this part

  • Open Trackview (0:00). Select Trackview from the Kynection dashboard to open the live map, then filter by region, category and vehicle.
  • Read a vehicle on the map (0:32). Click a vehicle for ignition state, speed, last update, location, direction, power voltage, battery and how long its status has held.
  • Analyse trips (0:58). The trips tab separates Ongoing Trip from Completed Trip, with each trip’s start and end time, duration, distance and locations.
  • Activity reports and camera events (1:31). Review events such as distracted driving and speed zone violations, each with its date, vehicle and video clip, filtered by date, type and vehicle.
  • Live status and hardware (2:08). Live status lists each device with its identifier and reporting state, so a dropped unit is visible.
  • Geosites and options (2:20). Create a geosite with its type, companies and location note, set Monitor on Entry/Exit, and read the options covering locating, alerts, reports, geosites, equipment and user rights.
