A manager’s first hour in Kynection on the web: what your access level gives you, how the dashboard and favourites work, the toolbar that repeats across modules, and finding what you need in contacts and forms. It is for manager users and covers three stages in seven steps.

In this part

• Access levels (0:00). Standard, Manager and Admin each expose different modules and permissions, and which level you hold explains most of what you can and cannot see.
• Dashboard and toolbar (0:39). The dashboard carries your modules with favourites and recents, and the common toolbar options repeat across modules so the same actions sit in the same place.
• Contacts and forms (1:27). Contacts lists everyone in the system with their company and role, filters narrow the list by the fields that matter to you, and forms and the archive are reached from the same navigation.

Favourites are worth setting, since they put the modules you use daily one click from the dashboard. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
