How to Submit and Track Project Issues in the Kynection Kustomer Portal

Raising an issue against a project from the client side of the Kustomer Portal. This part is written for the customer and can be sent to them directly. It covers creating the issue document, attaching files, then tracking its actions and status through to resolution, with the register keeping every note and file as the audit trail.

In this part

  • Open the issues area (0:00). Open your project, reach Issues from the project’s own navigation, and start a new issue document.
  • Raise the issue (0:14). Enter the description and attach any supporting files, then submit to return to the register with the new item listed.
  • Track the issue (0:34). Review each issue’s actions and current status, add further notes or attachments as it progresses, and read the record and its files.
  • Tasks and documents (1:14). Testing and other tasks assigned to you list against the project, and project documents are reachable from the same view.

Attach evidence at the time; files uploaded with the issue save the back-and-forth that follows a vague description. The PDF guide below has the screens for each step.
