Kynection Spot the Difference Facebook Competition

  1. The promoter is Autolync Pty Ltd trading as Kynection (ABN 50 102 164 447), whose registered office is at 3/459 Nepean Highway, Frankston VIC, 3199.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Kynection and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Kynection’s Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/kynection.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 5pm AEST on the 28th of May 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. The first person to find all of the differences, or the first person to find the closest number to the actual amount, by 28 May 2020 will win a prize. 
    2. Participants need to identify all the differences between the images and post how many they found on Facebook by commenting on the original post from Kynection.
    3. Kynection will be selecting one winner based on the first person to identify all correct answers.
  10. To enter the competition you must:
    1.  Follow @Kynection on Facebook
    2. Like the post on Kynection’s Facebook page about the competition.
    3. Comment on the post with how many differences between 10 and 30 are in the image.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  13. The prize is as follows:
    1. A Samsung Galaxy Watch in Rose gold or Samsung Galaxy Watch in Black, to be chosen by the winner at the discretion of Kynection and availability.
    2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. Winners will be chosen:
    1. By selecting the first entry with the correct answers containing all differences between the images, from all entries received and verified by Kynection.
    2. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook on 1st of June 2020 at 5pm AEST. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Kynection and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.kynection.com.au/privacy-policy/.
  21. Kynection releases Facebook from any responsibility to entrants or participants.
  22. Kynection‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  23. Kynection shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  24. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
  25. Kynection is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorise access, personal information is not actively shared. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our web servers.
  26. Kynection will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.
  27. Kynection will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organisations.
