Our Lone Worker application is an essential tool for businesses that often have workers in high risk situations on their own. The technology that Kynection provides can keep these workers safe by alerting managers and colleagues if there are issues on site and sending the location of the device. If the device is stationary for too long while a worker is completing a timed lone work activity, it will count down if the phone does not change location. The Lone Worker application will then send out warnings, and then eventually send out an alert. The device will attempt to call the nearest device of another employee and will open a text conversation with other nearby devices. These alerts will also show up on the website with the location of the device.
