Kynection Announcement | Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the novel coronavirus outbreak being characterised as a pandemic on 11 March 2020 by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Kynection are taking reasonable and practical steps to ensure continuity of client service and the safety of our team whilst at work during this Global Health Crisis.

As the impact of COVID-19 increases around the world, we wanted to let you know that the Kynection Leadership team is meeting daily to ensure continuity of service during the coming weeks for our customers. We will continuously monitor and review the information presented and we will continue to provide you with updates where it may  impact our team and your operations during this period.

As an ISO9001 and ISO45001 company, we have undertaken a business continuity plan and confirmed that the majority of our teams and suppliers will be able to work remotely and at a safe social distance, because we are a fully digitised company. 

After assessment we believe some customers that require hardware delivery, installs and support, will be potentially impacted due to global manufacturing and shipping delays and the  restriction of technicians being able to travel or to be onsite. We will make best efforts to minimise the impact for our customers.

We aim to maintain the level of service and support that you have come to expect from Kynection, as well as to ensure that we keep our people safe. We have taken numerous steps already to keep our team safe over the coming weeks including restricting business travel and encouraging hygiene best practices in our offices. 

In an effort to increase our value during these challenging times, we are working to develop a world first Ubinar – The Kynection Lunch and Learn Webinar Series with some great topics planned around Quality, Contingency & Risk, as well as a content piece targeted at Building a Remote Workplace. We also recognise many customers are controlled by external forces and we will be happy to discuss individually any assistance we can provide. Please reach out if you need help. 
We have attached for your reference our internal team communication and plan. We have reached Stage 2 and will keep you posted of any change.
